MANILA, Philippines - Three men brandishing .45 caliber pistols barged into a branch of remittance firm LBC along F.B. Harrison street in Pasay City yesterday morning.
Police said the robbers, aged 28 to 30, forced branch personnel and clients to lie on the floor, face down.
After taking P4,000, the robbers left a box they said contained a ticking bomb. Police bomb disposal experts found out that the box was empty. –
