- Jerry Botial -

MANILA, Philippines - Two female overseas Filipino workers on vacation in the country were robbed by at least three men in Caloocan City yesterday.

Police said Johaira Usman and Asnia Abdulrahman, both 26, said they were walking along Rizal Avenue Extension when three men approached them from behind. Two of the men walked beside them, pointing a knife at each of the victims.

The victims said the robbers took their bags, which contained an undetermined amount of cash, cell phones, passports and other important documents, then walked away.

The victims said they were so traumatized they decided to go back home. They later reported their ordeal to the police.
