MANILA, Philippines - The Makati police rounded up five minors Thursday night for allegedly robbing taxi cabs along EDSA in Guadalupe.
The five minors, aged 14 to 16 years old, were turned over to the Makati social welfare office.
Chief Inspector Alfredo de la Cruz, chief of Makati police station's investigation and detective management section said the minors were suspected to be “rugby” or substance abusers and allegedly unlocking the doors of taxi cabs and robbing its passengers.
