MANILA, Philippines - A security guard in North Caloocan City shot dead a factory worker after the victim accused him of using his slippers without permission.
PO2 Ryan Rodriguez of the Station Investigation and Detective Management Bureau said the victim – Felvin Mulle, 33, resident of 720 General Luis Avenue in Barangay Kaybiga – was declared dead on arrival at the Valenzuela City Medical Center due to a gunshot wound in the chest.
Suspect Richard Angoy, 39, resident of Molina street in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City fled after the incident.
