Trader killed in Malabon

MANILA, Philippines - Gunmen riding in tandem on a motorcyle shot dead a trader in front of a restaurant in Malabon City yesterday. Michael Baquid Jr., 45 a resident of Mandaluyong, died on the spot from a bullet wound in the head.
Superintendent Rio Gatacilo, Malabon City police deputy chief said Baquid was about to enter his black Toyoya Vios (XRD-337) when the motorcycle-riding suspects fired at him.
Baquid’s killing was the second attack by motorcyle-riding gunmen in Malabon City in just a week.
