Village councilor killed in motorcycle accident
MANILA, Philippines - A barangay kagawad was killed after the motorcycle he was riding slammed out of control into the sidewalk gutter on his way home Tuesday night in Valenzuela City.
Police said Jasper San Diego, 33, village councilor of Barangay Lingunan, resident of 26 M. Francisco Street succumbed to severe injuries in the head and died while being treated at Polo Emergency Hospital.
