MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency filed charges before the Department of Justice (DOJ) yesterday against three foreign nationals PDEA agents caught carrying 970.9 grams of cocaine in a drug bust in Quezon City over the weekend.

Togolaise Malik Bawa, 29; Ghana national Richard Appiah, 25; and Thai Puntiva Chareonthong, 20, were charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act’s Section 11 and 26.
