Navotas cop reported missing

-

MANILA, Philippines - A Navotas policeman has been missing since he reported for work on March 22, police said yesterday.

A police report said Police Officer 3 Ronald Pascua, 46, failed to return home since he reported for duty at the police headquarters, according to his wife, Maria.

Pascua’s jeep (TWL-404) was recovered on March 24 in Barangay Bangkulasi. Witnesses said the driver of the jeep was with another man, and they boarded a van that was spotted going toward Manila.

Maria said someone had called to tell her that her husband was in good condition. Pascua’s family has sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation to help find the missing policeman. – Perseus Echeminada
