Roxas Boulevard closed for fun run

MANILA, Philippines - The Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit is advising motorists to avoid the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard, from Katigbak Drive to P. Ocampo street, beginning at 5:30 a.m. today for the scheduled “Walk/Run for Moral Force.”

All vehicles coming from the northern part of Metro Manila should turn left on P. Burgos, right on Ma. Orosa, right on T.M. Kalaw, left on M.H. del Pilar, left on Quirino Avenue, or use Taft Avenue to reach their destination.

All vehicles coming from Jones, McArthur and Quezon bridges shall turn at the Round Table and go straight on Maria Orosa, right on T.M. Kalaw, left on M.H. del Pilar, left on Quirino Avenue or use Taft Avenue.

Roxas Boulevard shall be closed for the duration of the event, Manila traffic chief Superintendent Rizaldy Yap said.     – Nestor Etolle
