OFW shot dead

<p>MANILA, Philippines - An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) was killed in his own home in Quezon City Saturday night.</p> <p>A sister-in-law of Ricardo Espiniosa Jr., 41, said she was on the second floor of their two-story house on K-6 street in Barangay East Kamias when she heard two successive gunshots at around 11:20 p.m.</p> <p>When she came down, she said she saw her brother lying on the floor, apparently dead. Espiniosa was declared dead upon arrival at the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) from two bullet wounds in the chest and neck.</p> <p>Senior Police Officer 2 Jun Mortel said two .40 caliber shells were recovered from the scene of the shooting. &ldquo;Our investigators have yet to establish a motive and the identity of the suspect,&rdquo; he told <b>The STAR</b>. &ndash;<b> Michael Punongbayan</b></p>
