2 drag-racing drivers hurt in smashup

-

Two men were hurt in a vehicular accident in Parañaque City early yesterday.

Police identified the drivers involved as Michael Loyola of Bacoor, Cavite; and Mark Jeffrey Concepcion of Bagong Kalsada, Taguig City.

Loyola, driving a Toyota Corolla (TJM-514), was reportedly drag racing with Concepcion, who was driving a Honda Civic (UGP-123) when the crash happened at around 3:30 a.m. near the Shell gasoline station along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue in Barangay Tambo.

The two reportedly did not seek hospital treatment of their injuries after the crash. A check with the traffic section of the Parañaque police showed that Concepcion and Loyola were not reported as injured.
