Vendor killed by wife's ex

A vendor was shot dead by his wife’s former boyfriend in Baclaran yesterday morning yesterday.
Yasser Ebus, 36, and his wife, Hijarah Monib, were tending their store on the sidewalk along Roxas Boulevard at the boundary of Pasay and Parañaque cities when Amer Tumawis and two other men approached them.
Tumawis, a former boyfriend of Monib, drew his .45 caliber handgun and repeatedly shot Ebus. Tumawis and his companions fled on foot towards Parañaque.
The police said a manhunt has been launched against the three suspects. – Rhodina Villanueva
