DVDs launched to campaign vs contraception

Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales recently led the launching of educational materials that would help explain the hazards of contraceptives and other subtle attacks on family planning

The Archdiocese of Manila-Ministry for Family and Life (AoM-MFL) launched seven digital versatile (or video) discs (DVDs) entitled “Subtle Attacks Against the Family Explained (SAFE) Aboard” that discuss demography, new age spirituality, sex education, the truth and meaning of human sexuality, violence and pornography in the mass media, the gospel of life and marriage, and family God’s plan.

A set of the DVD cost P1,500. The AoM initially produced 3,000 copies. Those interested could place their orders by sending an email to [email protected].

The educational materials was released while there was an ongoing debate at the House of Representatives on the Reproductive Health Bill. – Evelyn Macairan
