Motorcycle maker loses P5-M wiring; driver missing
A motorcycle manufacturer lost P5 million worth of automotive wiring that was supposed to be delivered to it the other day, authorities reported yesterday.

The wiring was due for delivery to Yazaki Torres Manufacturing in Calamba, Laguna. Reports said the container van was carried by a head tractor that belonged to hauler RG Gumatay Express Transport.

The van was loaded with 22 tons of wiring estimated at P5-million, said Joseph Bernal, RGGET information officer. Bernal has been advised to report the incident to the Manila Police District.
The recovered empty container van has been put in the temporary custody of Bernal for RGGET. A manhunt is underway for the arrest of the driver. – Jerry Botial
