Woman stabbed by barber she jilted

A barber was arrested by Pasay City police Saturday after he used his pair of scissors to stab a woman who jilted him.

Rosemarie Lim, 32, had confronted Orlando Agoot, 37, near his residence on Dandan street in Pasay City last Saturday for allegedly spreading negative stories about her after she rejected him as a suitor.

After a heated argument, Agoot reportedly pulled out a pair of scissors and stabbed Lim in the chest and other parts of her body before fleeing.

Lim is now undergoing treatment at the Pasay City General Hospital.

Police were able to recover the pair of scissors and arrest Agoot during a follow-up operation. They will file charges against him before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.  – Michael Punongbayan
