Under Ticman’s leadership, the crime rate in EPD’s jurisdiction remained very low compared with that of previous years.
Officials attribute this to the EPD’s night watch program wherein beat patrols, mobile patrols and motorcycle cops are always visible at checkpoints, chokepoints and fixed visibility points. Crime solution efficiency was likewise very high.
The EPD was also adjudged as best crowd disturbance management contingent regionwide during the recent CDM competition conducted by National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO). – Non Alquitran
