NBI tags 3 PIPC execs
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) yesterday bared that the three other incorporators of the Performance Investment Product Corporation (PIPC) will be questioned regarding the alleged bogus foreign trading firm that took $250 million from rich investors.
Supervising Agent Dominador Villanueva III, NBI-Interpol Division executive officer, said the three other PIPC board members Cristina Jurado, Ernest Sy and Manuel Gonzales will be summoned to the bureau.
Records at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed that Jurado and Sy are stockholders of the company, while Gonzales, is the corporate secretary.
