Nida’s daughter condoles with Strunk family
Kay Torres, daughter of the late television and movie actress Nida Blanca offered her deepest condolences to the family of her late stepfather Rod Strunk.
“Another life is reportedly lost and people close to Rod are hurting and grieving right now. In light of this, I offer my deepest condolences to Rod’s sister Sharry, and his two kids Christine and Derek,” Torres said in a statement released to the media.
Torres said she was surprised by the reported death of Strunk and insisted that whatever his faults and shortcomings may have been, she never wished him this kind of misfortune or tragedy.
She is also saddened by Strunk’s death since he is considered a vital key to her mother’s brutal killing.
“My mother’s painful death still leaves us with deep open wounds and many unanswered questions, but Rod’s death only makes it more impossible to be obtained, and his death only pushes us farther from the truth.
