Heavy traffic expected in Mandaluyong today

Heavy traffic is expected in Mandaluyong City for four hours today as local administration candidates, headed by mayoral candidate Rep. Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr., are scheduled to hold a motorcade around the city from 7 a.m. to 12 noon.
The motorcade will kick off the first campaign sortie of Abalos and congressional bet Mayor Neptali Gonzales III.
At least 150 vehicles will take part in the motorcade, said Abalos.
Superintendent Ericson Velasquez said the vehicles will pass through the streets of Nueve de Pebrero, Libertad, Calbayog, Samat, Dr. Fernandez, Rodriguez, Shaw, Bonifacio, Daang Bakal, Kalentong, Aglipay, A. Luna, M. Gonzaga, Burgos, Gomez, I. Lopez, Ortigas, Boni, San Francisco, Coronado, Pantaleon, Kapok, Makaturing, Mr. Vicente, Arayat, Barangka Drive, Sgt. Bumatay, Balleteros, Lerma, P. Cruz, Parada, J. Rizal and Mabini. – Non Alquitran
