LPG tanker bursts into flames

-
A liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker burst into flames when it hit a post near the intersection of Tandang Sora and Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City yesterday, triggering an hour-long fire.

A two-story house, two mini tankers and other vehicles were damaged in the blaze. No one was injured in the incident.

Witnesses said the tanker was maneuvering in front of an LPG distribution center when it slammed into a concrete post at 2 p.m. yesterday.

The tanker exploded and triggered a fire that rapidly spread inside the compound.
