He died on the spot.
His assailant, Danilo Celso, 45, of Barangay Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City, escaped after the incident. He is now the subject of a police manhunt.
Senior Inspector Lorenzo Trajano Jr., head of the investigation unit of the Pasig City police, said witnesses saw Saeed and Celso arguing at the parking lot of the said condominium at about 1 p.m. yesterday.
Saeed, a freelance photographer, is also the president of the buildings homeowners association.
"Basta ang sabi ng mga saksi nagtalo daw pero hindi pa malinaw kung ano ang kanilang pinagtalunan," Trajano said.
Joseph Aragon, the victims nephew, said Saeed was about to fetch his Filipina wife from the nearby Meralco Electric Co. office, where she works as a nurse.
At the height of the argument, the suspect suddenly took out his service caliber .38 revolver and fired twice at the victim, who was fleeing.
