NPD snares 3 drug suspects

-
Three drug pushers were arrested by operatives of the Northern Police District Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group (DAID-SOTG) in an operation yesterday in Caloocan City.

The lawmen also seized some 15 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P30,000.

Chief Superintendent Leopoldo Bataoil, NPD director, presented the suspects to media and identified them as Joel Arriola, 25, of Heroes del ’96 street; Lindon Dungca, 19, of Gonzales street; and Allan Villanueva, 37, all jobless and residents of Caloocan City.

The police said they came to know about the suspects’ illegal trade after receiving information from local residents at Heroes del ’96 of the group’s activities.

The operatives recovered the marked money and the stash of shabu. Jerry Botial, Pete Laude
