22-hour water cut-off in Parañaque, Pasay

Some areas of Parañaque and Pasay City will have no water for 22 hours starting 11:30 p.m. tomorrow, June 29, until 9:30 p.m. the next day.

The water service interruption is due to the insertion of a 400 mm-diameter butterfly valve on the existing 400-mm mainline along Roxas Boulevard (service road) near Russel street in Parañaque City.

The following areas will have no water for 22 hours:

In Parañaque: Areas along Roxas Boulevard from Aguarra street to Tomas Claudio street; along Quirino Avenue from Taft Avenue to Tomas Claudio street; and along Airport Road from Roxas Boulevard to Quirino Avenue.

In Pasay: Areas along Cuneta Avenue and Park Avenue between Reyes streets and Roxas Boulevard, including all lateral streets; and along Roxas Boulevard between Cuneta Avenue and Aguarra street.

The repair and maintenance work is part of Maynilad’s continuing program to upgrade and improve its service to customers in these areas.

Affected customers are advised to store water good for the duration of the water service interruption.
