Accomplice in condo slay nabbed

An accomplice of the alleged killer of a 33-year-old Chinese-Filipino businesswoman who was shot dead inside her condominium unit in Ermita, Manila Sunday night was nabbed by police while the prime suspect was about to be arrested as of press time yesterday.
"My men are now within the lair of the suspect. Its just a matter of time for his eventual arrest," Manila Police District (MPD)s Homicide Section head Chief Inspector Alejandro Yanquiling Jr. told The STAR yesterday afternoon.
Yanquiling said Jimmy Adducul has been positively identified by witnesses as the driver of the silver Nissan Sentra, with license plate XRP-521, which brought the suspect to the victims condominium.
Police seized the vehicle, which was registered under the name of one Emilio Ong. The victim, identified as Josephine Ong, was found by security guards inside her bedroom at the fourth floor unit of the Matimyas House condominium in Ermita, Manila past 10 p.m. Nestor Etolle
