QCPD tops performance evaluation

- Perseus Echeminada -
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has posted the highest rating in a performance evaluation among the five police district in the National Capital Region (NCR) for the first quarter of the year.

QCPD director Chief Superintendent Nicasio Radovan Jr., in his report to Quezon City Mayor Feliciano Belmonte Jr., said the district placed first after registering a total score of 714.49 in several areas of performance.

Radovan attributed this success to the men and women of the police district as well as to the continued support of the city government under the stewardship of the mayor.

The mayor congratulated Radovan and his men for a job well done and urged them to continue their relentless campaign against criminality in the city.

According to the performance evaluation report, the Western Police District placed second followed by Northern Police District, Southern Police District and the Eastern Police District.

The performance ratings covered the regional police record management divisions, regional intelligence and investigation, operations, logistics, plans and training, comptroller, police community relations and the director’s prerogatives divisions.

Radovan assured Belmonte that the police district will continue improving its capability in maintaining peace and order through a renewed fight against all forms of criminality.
