"We are just consolidating evidence. By Monday we will file formal charges against at least five suspects," Senior Superintendent Moises "Kamagong" Guevarra, Malabon City police chief and deputy commander of a task force that is investigating the murder of Saksi photographer Alberto Orsolino, said.
He did not disclose details of the charges though.
Ealier, Senior Superintendent Geronimo Reside, Caloocan City police chief and Task Force Orsolino commander, said that the gunman in the ambush-slay has been identified by the witnesses and is now the subject of a manhunt operation.
Among those who were named by Reside as suspects were fireman Roberto Flores, who owned the motorcycle used by the suspects in Orsolinos murder, and jail guards Ramon Rivera and Reynaldo Nicolas. Pete Laude, Michelle Ann Babagay
