Ayala Avenue closed to traffic today

The whole stretch of Ayala Avenue will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today to make way for a grand parade in celebration of Makati Citys 336th founding anniversary.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes while those who want to participate in the activity may avail of free parking at the Central Business District (CBD) starting at 12 noon.
The series of events marking the 336th "Araw ng Makati" will be led by Mayor Jejomar Binay, city government officials and the Makati Festivals Foundation Inc., in cooperation with Ayala Land, Makati Commercial Estates Association, Rockwell Land, Jollibee, Petron, Smart, Sea Air, Tan Yueng Kee Foundation, Splash Corp., Honda, Castor Oil, Fed Ex, Pepsi, Burlington, Bank of Commerce, Caltex Philippines, Export Import Bank, Chowking, and Canon.
