Cops conduct saturation drive at Muslim compound

Combined elements of the Pasay and Parañaque police conducted an operation at a Muslim compound along the Reclamation Area in Roxas Boulevard in an attempt to arrest suspects of various crime incidents.
Police Inspector Fernando Sayno of the Pasay Police Station said the operatives started their search around 6:15 a.m.
Armed with search warrants, a Parañaque police team, led by Superintendent Alfredo Valdez, and Pasay officers, led by Superintendent Ulpiano Lopez swooped down on the Muslim compound to search for suspects involved in various theft, robbery, homicide and murder cases.
The Muslim compound is located at the boundary of Pasay and Parañaque on Roxas Boulevard.
However, police operatives were not unable to serve a single warrant.
Sayno said follow-up operations will be carried out to arrest the suspects.
