Bum nabbed for throwing stones at actress house

A jobless man who got nothing better to do decided to just throw stones one day.
Yesterday, Rollie Saravillo, 26, a native of Tacloban, Leyte and resident of Polo, Valenzuela City, was arrested by a roving police patrol car for throwing stones at the house of TV-movie actress Angelica de la Cruz on Gen. Borromeo street in Bgy. Longos, Malabon City. Saravillo was hauled off to jail on a complaint of Ernesto de la Cruz, the actress father, filed before the police in Malabon.
PO3 Benedicto Zafra, officer on case, said the incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
The listless man, wandering in the neighborhood, reportedly stooped in front of the actress residence, without a word stopped down and reached for a piece of stone and threw it in the direction of the house. He was having great fun doing it several times when the police arrived and caught him in the act. Luckily, the projectiles hit no one nor damaged anything in the house.
A two-man mobile crew on visibility patrol chanced upon the miscreant and handcuffed him for malicious mischief. Jerry Botial
