Non-working holiday in QC

It will be a non-working holiday tomorrow in Quezon City in observance of the 127th birth anniversary of Commonwealth President Manuel L. Quezon.
Manuel Sabalza, deputy city administrator for external affairs, said Mayor Feliciano Belmonte Jr. will lead officials in a simple ceremony to be to held at the Quezon Memorial shrine along Elliptical Road.
"There will be no number coding on Friday in Quezon Cty," said Sabalza, who is also the chief of the Department of Public Order and Safety.
Officials of the National Historical Institute, relatives of the late president, national and local officials are expected to attend the ceremony. Perseus Echeminada
