ORDP ng SCOG naantala

Dahil na rin sa pagkakabalam sa pag-apruba ng Metro Mayors Council sa proposed P2.3 billion budget ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) sa taong ito, naantala ang pagbabayad sa occupational risk duty pay (ORDP) ng Sidewalk Clearing Operations Group (SCOG).

Ayon kay MMDA Legal Service Chief Emmanuel de Castro, walang plano ang ahensya na hindi magbayad ng hazard pay ng anti-vendors operatives kundi nagkaroon lamang aniya ng delay sa pagbabayad dahil sa kakulangan ng pondo at pagkukunan ng ibabayad para dito. (Ulat ni Lordeth Bonilla)
