Police identified the victim in the shooting spree as Victor Daniel, 27. He sustained two gunshot wounds in the right thigh and was rushed to the East Avenue medical center for treatment.
Reports indicated that the two brothers were coming out of their house when they saw a car blocking their gate. The car reportedly belongs to one Aquilino Regala, the son of the owner of a construction company in front of the David residence.Irked by the obstruction, the brothers confronted Regala over the inconsiderate parking of his vehicle.
The confrontation led to a heated argument between the two brothers and the car owner.
At the height of the argument, the brothers allegedly pulled out an M-16 rifle and a shotgun and began shooting.
Regala was able to take cover, but stray bullets hit Daniel, one of the construction workers.
