Ana Carmela Caudal, of Philam Life Village, Las Piñas City, broke her skull and fractured several bones in her body as a result of the fall from the roof deck of the Pacific Place Condominium on Pearl Drive.
It was not clear if her death was the result of a suicide or an accident.
Senior Inspector Alfredo Paneda, head of the criminal investigation unit of the Eastern Police District (EPD), said Caudal landed on a concrete structure of the second floor.
Paneda said a policeman, assigned at the Police Security and Protection Office at Camp Crame, brought to their attention the presence of a woman sitting on the ledge of the roof deck of the condo at around 6:10 p.m.
Paneda and his men quickly proceeded to the building and informed a security guards of what the officer saw.
However, before they could to investigate, they heard a loud thud.
"The guards said the victim earlier went up the roof deck alone," Paneda said. Non Alquitran
