Manila cop gunned down

A Manila policeman was shot dead by four unidentified men in Pandacan yesterday afternoon.
PO3 Edwin Cayabyab, assigned to the Police Community Precinct of the Western Police District-Station 10, died while being taken to the De Ocampo Hospital.
The victim had four gunshots in the body from caliber .45 pistols.
Investigators have yet to establish the identities of the gunmen, but probers are now coordinating with residents in the area to gather information.
The shooting took place at around 2:15 p.m. at the corner of Baeta and De la Paz streets in Pandacan.
