No water in Malabon, QC

Temporary water service interruptions will take place in Malabon and Quezon City this weekend to allow for the emergency repair of Maynilad pipelines.

In Malabon, a 400-mm mainline will undergo repair, resulting in the absence of water for nine hours, from 11 p.m. today up to 8 a.m. tomorrow in the following areas: San Miguel Corp. compound; Cosmos Corp. compound; Libis Reparo; Bagong Lote; and the portion of Potrero bounded by Lanzones street Pinagtipunan Circle, Banana Road, University Avenue, Tullahan River, Riverside street, Juliana street and Orange street.

To have low pressure to no water are: Araneta Village, Potrero; and the portion of Potrero bounded by McArthur Highway, Pinagtipunan, Governor Pascual, Araneta Avenue and Lanzones St.

In Quezon City, a leaking 1,350-mm dresser coupling of an interconnection valve located at D. Tuazon corner E. Rodriguez streets will be repaired. To have no water from 11 p.m., tomorrow to 11 a.m. Sunday are: Barangays Doña Imelda, Doña Aurora and Villa Espana and Araneta Village.

To have low pressure to no water are: Barangays Doña Josefa, Tatalon and Santol.
