Police identified the suspects as Inesita Aganad, 32, of Bgy. Claro; Paz Rosales, 40, of Kimlat Compound, Bgy. Bahay Toro; Amador Tecson, 37, and Mario Saycon, 32, both of Bgy. Escopa 4, Proj. 4; Nelson Manabat, 33, of Bgy. Masambong; Noel Albo, 34, of Countryside Village, Pasig City; and Ann Busto, 37, of Bgy. Payatas.
CPD director Chief Supt. Napoleon Castro said the apprehended persons are currently detained at the respective police stations where they were accosted.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 were filed against the suspects before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office. — Katherine Adraneda
