Not childs play

Three boys were arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl last Saturday in Parañaque City.
Two of them are cousins, both aged 13, while their friend is 11. They are now in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
"The boys claimed they were only playing, but a medico-legal test confirmed that the girl was raped," said Superintendent Roland Estilles, Parañaque police chief.
Initial investigation showed that the incident happened between 7 to 8 p.m. last April 19 in Barangay San Dionisio.The victim was playing with her friend when the three boys allegedly grabbed them and brought them to a jeepney parked in front of a health center.
Inside, the 11-year-old suspect supposedly hit the victim in the stomach. The boys then took turns raping her.
The victim immediately told her mother about the incident, who reported it to barangay officials. Nikko Dizon
