Runaway bride

Police are now hunting down a would-be-bride, who failed to return a cellular phone she borrowed from the designer of her bridal gown.
Fashion designer Frederick Alba, 40, decided to file estafa charges against a certain Pia Santos last Wednesday when the woman failed to return his Nokia 7650 after a week.
Alba told the Western Police District that the "runaway bride" is 26 to 28 years old and 56" in height.
Alba said the incident took place at 1 p.m. last Jan. 17 at the coffee shop of the Manila Hotel, where they met to discuss details for her wedding gown.
During their meeting, the suspect borrowed Albas cell phone to make an emergency call.
