Husband stabs wifes new lover

A vengeful 42-year-old husband, deserted by his wife for a much younger man, turned his ire on her lover, a fish vendor, mauled him before stabbing him several times in Malabon City Thursday, the police said.
Caloocan City police chief, Superintendent Ernesto Fojas Jr., said Ronaldo Vasquez, 30, of 927 De Castro Street, Valenzuela City is now in serious condition at the Tondo Medical Center for bruises, contusions and stab wounds in the body.
Suspect Alejandro Bordes, 42, of 88 B. Cortes Street, Malinta, Valenzuela City is now detained at the city police detention center awaiting criminal charges. Jerry Botial
