Inspector leads EPD awardees

A police inspector who played key roles in the solution of payroll robberies and murder cases in Pasig City leads the awardees in the 27th founding anniversary of the Eastern Police District (EPD) today at the Pasig City Convention Center (PCCO).
Police Inspector Rodante Arcigal, head of the Pasig City police follow-up unit was adjudged the EPDs Junior Officer of the Year. Among the cases he and his men solved was the payroll robbery two months ago along Ortigas Ave., the killing of a Marikina City policeman, and a number of robbery-holdup and cellphone snatching cases.
Arcigal will receive his award from Chairman Benjamin Abalos Sr., of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) who will be the keynote speaker of the occasion with the theme, "PNP sa Bagong Milenyo: Kaisa at Bantay ng Sambayanan." Non Alquitran
