April 24, 2001 | 12:00am
A 20-year-old peeping tom caught in the act by a male cousin of his female victim was stabbed dead Sunday night in Valenzuela City.
Police identified the victim as Joselito Domingo Jr., of Coloong Dos, Valenzuela City, who was declared dead on arrival by authorities at the Valenzuela District Hospital.
Suspect Ruben Santanier, 29, laborer did not resist arrest.
Police records showed the stabbing occurred at around 9:20 p.m. Sunday by the bathroom door of the house where Santaniers cousin was then taking a bath.
It was gathered that the suspect was on his way to the bathroom to relieve himself when he saw the victim obviously peeping at someone inside. Santanier then angrily accosted the victim upon learning who the object of his lust was. A heated argument then ensued with the suspect whipping out a knife and stabbing the victim dead. Jerry Botial
