Police identified the victim as Erwin Albay, married, of 3698 Gabong St. Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Makati City.
The victim was already dead when he was found hanging from the ceiling of his bathroom by his wife at around 2:30 a.m. yesterday.
Based on preliminary information gathered by the investigators, Albay was reportedly experiencing some financial difficulties.
Meanwhile, Makati police arrested a 13-year-old boy wanted for a murder incident last August.
On the strength of a warrant of arrest from the Makati Regional Trial Court, police arrested Niño Concordia, student, of Blk. 154, Lot 18, Zone 4, Everlasting St., Barangay Rizal.
Concordia, along with his companions Eliseo Pante Jr. and Jonathan Millet, are all suspects in the murder of Harold Ranilao last Aug. 29 in Barangay Pembo, Makati City.
Ranilao was stabbed to death by the three suspects who had been at large for the past three months.
Pante and Millet are still at large and are reportedly hiding somewhere in Cavite and Pangasinan. Marvin Sy
