According to Seneres, the situation of the 50 million labor force and SMEs is not good.
He cited the 10 million OFWs who are in places far from their families.
He also said records show that 12 million Filipinos are jobless while 18 million Filipinos are underemployed.
Another 5 million, according to Seneres, were contractual mostly working at the different establishments like department stores and malls.
On the other hand, one million Filipinos were casuals or job orders working in government offices.
He also said that millions of farmers and fishermen in the country need immediate attention by the national government.
Millions of SMEs were abused shopping mall owners who collect high rentals of small spaces.
Odilao, who also led the BISDAK group in Cebu said their group supports the Rose Movement because they believe on its principles.
Odilao said casual, contractual and job order employees need security of tenure for their jobs.
