“Red” to continue to help fishermen

CEBU, Philippines - Danao City Vice Mayor Ramon “Red” Durano VI has assured his continuing support to small fishermen and farmers in the city and neighboring towns in the fifth district.

The vice mayor said he will help his brother fifth district Rep. Joseph Ace Durano introduce livelihood programs.

The Priority Development Assistance Fund may have been abolished, but it would not be very difficult to find funding for projects for marginal sectors.

Last month, a Christmas Bazaar was put up where local products were displayed.

Businessmen in Mandaue and Cebu cities have assured support to promote and market their home-made products. (FREEMAN)
