Papuan arrested

CEBU, Philippines - In a span of three weeks, the police in barangay Casuntingan have once again arrested another Papua New Guinea national for unruly behavior while under the influence of liquor inside his apartment at A.S. Fortuna Street in barangay Banilad, Mandaue City.

University student Noel Kusanan was arrested last Sunday dawn after neighbors told police the man, who was drinking with his girlfriend at the time, was bawling and therefore disrupting their sleep.

Kusanan is now detained at the Casuntingan police station for drunkenness.

Last June 19, Jason Lokani, a  Papua New Guinea national was arrested for making a scene while drunk.

Lokani was arrested for concealing a deadly weapon.  (FREEMAN)
