Police ready for start of classes

CEBU, Philippines - Talisay City Police Chief Supt. Elmer Lim said the police will be ready for the start of classes on June 3.

Lim will coordinate with agencies such as the Department of Education in the implementation of security and public safety plans.

Lim said “Oplan Balik Eskwela” will ensure the safety of students who are going back to school and enhance police visibility to deter street crimes by setting up of police assistance desks in selected areas. (FREEMAN)
