Easy way to get rid of garbage?

CEBU, Philippines - How do some people in some barangays in Consolacion town who own cars dispose of their garbage?

Here’s how. According to reports reaching Mayor Teresa Alegado, cars stop by vacant lots and there unload garbage, usually in broad daylight, in total disregard of the town’s Clean and Green Program.

Alegado said barangay officials can help stop the practice by disseminating information as regards the proper way of disposing of garbage. (FREEMAN)
