Talisay dad mulls creating office for CENRO

CEBU, Philippines -  To institutionalize the delivery of services in relation to the environment and natural resources, particularly in the renewal and rehabilitation of the environment during and in the aftermath of man-made and natural calamities and disasters, Talisay City Councilor Bernard Joseph T. Odilao contemplates creating an office for the City Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO).  (FREEMAN)
