CEBU, Philippines - Police arrested a 26-year-old man in sitio Lawis, barangay Pasil, Cebu City early yesterday morning for possession of over 20 packs of suspected shabu.
Bryan Osabel, jobless, was arrested as he handed shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange for P2,000.
Osabel also yielded more shabu when frisked.
Also seized from him were a small box used to hold alleged shabu and P2,300.

Mandaue to receive P3M for nailing ‘Housekeeping’ prize
Mandaue City is expected to receive P3 million from the national government for winning the Seal of Good Housekeeping award last May.
Towns that won the award will each receive P1 million while cities will each get P3 million, city DILG director Jhoaden Lucero yesterday said.
The Seal of Good Housekeeping is awarded to an LGU in recognition of its transparency, accountability, and the programs it initiates to meet the needs of the community.
Seventy five cities and municipalities in the whole country have won the award.
The prize money goes to social programs intended for the poor. – THE FREEMAN
