CEBU, Philippines - Three German nationals lost cash and several valuables which they had left in their vehicle Tuesday afternoon while they stopped by a diner in sitio Katugasan, barangay Perrelos, Carcar City to eat.
Michael Feyerabend, 67, of barangay Atabay, Alcoy town and his live-in partner, Leslie Mendez, 33, couple Dieter Menzel, 56, and his wife Heike Menzel, 67, appeared at the Carcar City Police Station and reported the theft.
Feyerabend alleged they were inside the Jhon Paul eatery when the theft took place.
Missing were two shoulder bags containing P25,000; a Sony digital camera worth P20,000; two Cathay Pacific airline tickets from Cebu to Germany; two passports owned by the couple; two cellular phones worth P10,000; and assorted keys. - THE FREEMAN
